Whether you're working on mobility, posture, balance, or simply want to feel stronger and more grounded, Andra is here to support your journey.

Andra also offers holistic support for those navigating stress and anxiety — combining yoga, breathwork, meditation, and lifestyle coaching to help you create a more balanced, nourishing life.

Andra offers flexible options for where sessions take place — she can come to your home, or you’re welcome to hers if you prefer a quieter, more private space away from outside distractions like children, pets, or partners. Her home is located at the border of St. Louis and Maplewood, with off-street parking available. There are several stairs to reach the front door, and if you find stairs challenging, this may be a meaningful opportunity to begin working together to build strength and confidence.

Initial consultations are always free, and Andra can meet at your place or hers. She prefers to meet in person so she can assess posture and movement firsthand and ask questions based on what she observes — helping tailor the work you’ll do together to meet your wellness goals.

Andra has over 15 years of experience helping clients improve functional movement and regain confidence in everyday tasks. She supports individuals in getting up and down from the floor, rising from a chair, and walking up and down stairs. She also helps clients correct posture and recover after hip, knee, and shoulder surgeries or joint replacements.

Andra is a 500-hour certified yoga instructor, a personal trainer, and currently completing her master’s degree in Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine at MIU. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, which informs her compassionate, trauma-aware approach to movement and healing. Her work blends science and soul — integrating physical, emotional, and energetic wellness for each client.

Andra also offers small group sessions in your home, office, or hers — perfect for friends, coworkers, or family members who want to move and heal together in a supportive, personalized setting. These sessions are tailored to the group’s shared goals and dynamics, creating a space where connection and wellness grow side by side. Group size is limited to 3 people if held in Andra's home, or up to 10 participants if hosted at your location, to ensure individual attention and a comfortable experience for everyone.
