Andra offers private, in‑home movement and strength sessions for seniors and adults with health concerns, designed to support safety, confidence, and independence at every stage of life.
With over 17 years of experience as a yoga teacher, Andra brings a calm, grounded, and deeply personalized approach to movement. Andra is a NASM‑certified personal trainer, a 500‑hour registered yoga teacher, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, allowing support for not just the body, but also the nervous system and emotional experience of each client.
Andra's work is trauma‑informed, gentle, and adaptable, making it especially supportive for older adults, individuals managing chronic conditions, recovering from illness or injury, or anyone who feels anxious, overwhelmed, or unsafe in traditional fitness environments.
Each session is tailored to the individual and may include:
• Safe, functional strength training
• Balance and fall‑prevention work
• Mobility and joint‑friendly movement
• Breath‑based nervous system support
• Gentle yoga‑inspired practices
• Optional sound healing with singing bowls for relaxation and regulation
Andra meets clients exactly where they are—physically, emotionally, and energetically—without rushing, pushing, or judgment. The goal is to help clients feel stronger, steadier, and more at ease in their bodies, so they can continue living independently and comfortably in their own homes.
Sessions take place in the privacy of the client's home, eliminating the stress of travel and unfamiliar gym settings. This model allows for focused attention, consistency, and care that evolves over time.
